I enjoyed the book but i would’ve loved more scenarios for recovery if a conversation were to go wrong. Learning to Starting a conversation is great, but it means nothing if you’re not able to smoothly recover from your mistakes which everyone who’s reading this book is clearly going to make; including myself.
