But Agatha has secrets that might get her in big trouble. Dark secrets.

*

When a woman goes missing, the suspicion falls on Agatha, turning her life upside down. The new detective in town, Remington Cumberbatch, has seen a lot of weird things as a detective in nearby Cannes, California, but he's in for a surprise with Agatha, her family, and the quirky town of Sea Breeze. He begins to investigate Agatha as the number one suspect, but the attraction is immediate.

*

When the missing woman turns out to be murdered, the mystery deepens, and Agatha must help Remington find the killer before she winds up in prison…or worse.

*

The Fear Hunter is the first installment of the Agatha Bright Mysteries, a funny, romantic, small town cozy mystery series with a touch of magic. It is a spin-off series of the Matchmaker Mysteries and the Goodnight Mysteries with some characters from both.

A lot of clues are flying around with many sounding possible but right at the end it will be solved and you will be surprised— who done it . A very good book and easy read.

Omg this book was everything! I love every minute of it there was never a dull moment in it. I even dreamed of what would happen next! I haven’t been able to concentrate on a book in a while this is the first book that I’ve been able to complete in a while and I hung on to every word! Elise Sax is pure gold! I believe I’ve found my new favorite author and the characters omg I absolutely love! This book has everything I love to read about! I can’t wait to read the next book! The only other thing that would have been awesome, are the recipes to those awesome soups of Auntie Prudence! I’ve gotten my reading groove back! Thanks Elise!

Fantastic. A fun and spooky read. Loved the small town feel and disconnected conversations. In no other writer’s imagination would you ever have in the same sentence Chernobyl and Tribbles!

Grueling to read. Childish. Obsessive. And the worst offense BORING. GOOD PREMISE horrible execution. I really wanted to love it. And I never write bad book reviews even on the worst books. Also didn’t even laugh once.

Loved Aggie and her aunts! This book had so many interesting and unusual characters: a ghost, an alien, looney real estate agent/fudge maker...I can go on and on. The mystery had many twists and turns with a little added romance. A hit!

Funny, strange, good twist at the end. Too explicit at times for me.
