#1 New York Times bestselling author Nora Roberts weaves together passion and obsession, humor and heart, in a novel of two people opening themselves up to the truth—and to each other.

For more than three hundred years, Bluff House has sat above Whiskey Beach, guarding its shore—and its secrets. But to Eli Landon, it’s home.

A Boston lawyer, Eli has weathered an intense year of public scrutiny and police investigations after being accused of—but never arrested for—the murder of his soon-to-be ex-wife.

He finds sanctuary at Bluff House, even though his beloved grandmother is in Boston recuperating from a nasty fall. Abra Walsh is always there, though. Whiskey Beach’s resident housekeeper, yoga instructor, jewelry maker and massage therapist, Abra is a woman of many talents—including helping Eli take control of his life and clear his name. But as they become entangled in each other, they find themselves caught in a net that stretches back for centuries—one that has ensnared a man intent on reaping the rewards of destroying Eli Landon once and for all.

  • This book is a treasure!

Whiskey Beach is not the first book I ever read by Nora Roberts, but it’s an enjoyable read! An innocent man suspected of murdering his wife, legendary buried treasure, and the shocking revelation that his grandmother’s “accident” may have been an attempt on her life. Stir in an exciting, realistic romance between two sweet, flawed protagonists and you have the perfect recipe for a fantastic novel of romantic suspense! Would you expect anything else from Nora Roberts?

Slow and painful to read. I only finished it to find out who the killer was. A disappointment from nora roberts.

This is a great read, with plenty to chew on mentally. The plot twist at the end surprised me this time.

A thriller. A book that keeps you turning pages and can't stop reading. I didn't want it to end. The perfect couple and a story that keeps you turning page after page when you know you have other things to do. One of Nora Roberts best.
  • Mind of the Perpetrator

I was reading along and enjoying the character development and mystery ... then it happened ... “first person” of the murderer. I DON’T WANT TO CRAWL INTO THE MIND OF A PERSON LIKE THAT!!! The book was no longer fun due to the odiferous thought pattern...
